Upon booking please provide us with your flight information. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 3:00pm and vacate by 11:00am on your day of departure. If you would like to request early check-in or late check out, please make this known prior to arrival and we will attempt to accommodate whenever possible. Excessive electricity usage will incur a charge. Leaving air-conditioning units on all day will run up the bill, which will be passed on. Please keep bedroom doors closed while the units are on and turn them off when you are not in the room. (We have never had to charge anyone and would like to keep it that way, please be respectful.)

The accommodation and facilities at the villa are only for the use of the amount of people declared at the time of booking. Extra guests visiting the property are at the owner’s discretion and must be reported and approved beforehand.
